Accessibility Statement

We want everyone who visits our website to feel welcome, supported, and able to use it with ease.

Our commitment

We’re committed to making our website accessible and inclusive for as many people as possible. That means whether you're using assistive technologies like a screen reader, navigating with a keyboard, or browsing on a mobile device, we want you to have a smooth, frustration-free experience.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AAA – the highest standard of accessibility best practice.

How accessible is our site?

Most of our website should be fully accessible, and we’re proud of the experience we offer. That said, here are a couple of things we’re aware of:

  • We use an external booking service via Fantastical for appointments. As this is a third-party platform, we don’t control its accessibility features, but we’re happy to help if you encounter any issues with it.

Found a problem or need help?

If something on our site isn’t working well for you, or you need content in a different format, we’d really appreciate you letting us know. Your feedback helps us improve.

You can get in touch via our contact page or by emailing hello@jolora.co.uk.

We’ll do our best to respond within a few working day
