We partnered with The Rarebits Collection to build a bespoke Laravel-based admin platform that streamlines how they manage their hotel listings, guest enquiries, and promotional programmes. The system gives hoteliers their own secure access to manage offers, validate vouchers, and engage with suppliers, while also providing Rarebits with robust tools for statistics, analysis, and campaign management. The platform has become a vital part of their day-to-day operations, and we continue to support its evolution as their business grows.

Creating a Custom Platform for a Curated Hospitality Brand
The Rarebits Collection brings together a handpicked portfolio of boutique hotels and distinctive places to stay across Wales and beyond. With an established reputation for quality and individuality, the Rarebits team needed a modern and intuitive digital platform to better manage the diverse range of offerings they support—and to improve the experience for both hotel partners and guests.
Our work with Rarebits centred on the design and development of a powerful admin system to handle the various elements that underpin their business. Built using Laravel Nova, the custom backend provides a centralised hub for managing everything from brochure content and enquiry handling to tour voucher validation, promotions, and gift experiences.
Supporting Hoteliers and Driving Efficiency
Importantly, the system gives hoteliers their own private login area, allowing them to manage offers, access exclusive supplier details, and process voucher redemptions—all from one secure interface. This level of access has helped streamline internal workflows and given hotel owners more autonomy in how they interact with the platform.
We also built tools to support competitions, monitor performance data, and facilitate the Rarebits statistics and analysis programme—ensuring the team has actionable insights into user engagement and campaign outcomes. Since launch, we’ve continued to provide long-term support for the platform, helping the team to evolve and expand the system as their needs develop.
What began as a development-led project has grown into an ongoing relationship focused on refinement, support, and enabling a first-class digital experience for a well-established hospitality brand.
