Rarebits Collection
The Rarebits Collection is a hand-picked group of boutique hotels in Wales and beyond. We built the Laravel admin system that runs things behind the scenes: hotel listings, guest enquiries, vouchers and promotions, with a private login for each hotelier. They use it every day, and we’re still adding to it.

One system for a lot of moving parts
The Rarebits Collection brings together hand-picked boutique hotels and distinctive places to stay across Wales and beyond, and it has a long-standing reputation for quality and individuality. Supporting that many different places involves a lot of admin. The team needed a modern, easy-to-use system to manage it all, and to make life better for hotel partners and guests.
We designed and built that system with Laravel Nova. It’s one place to manage brochure content, enquiries, tour voucher validation, promotions and gift experiences.
A login for every hotelier
Each hotelier gets their own private login, where they can manage their offers, look up exclusive supplier details and redeem vouchers. That’s taken work off the Rarebits team and given hotel owners more control over their side of things.
We also built tools for running competitions, monitoring performance and feeding the Rarebits statistics and analysis programme, so the team can see how people are engaging and how campaigns are doing.
We’ve supported the platform ever since launch, extending it as the business changes. It started as a development project and turned into a long-running working relationship, which is how we like it.
